Premium & Subscriptions

Tunora Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks premium functionality. Everything below explains how it works, and how to manage it.

About Tunora Pro

Tunora is free to use, with an optional Tunora Pro subscription for people who want extra functionality. You can use Tunora's core playback, search, library and favorites features without subscribing.

What's included

Premium currently includes:

  • Equalizer — shape your sound with adjustable bands and presets.
  • Search pagination beyond the first page — load more results past the first page.

Premium features may change. Benefits can be added or adjusted in future releases, so the current, definitive list of Pro features — and the price — is always shown inside Tunora before you purchase.

How subscriptions work

  • Tunora Pro is purchased and billed through your Apple Account using the App Store.
  • The price and duration are shown in the app before you confirm.
  • A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, following the App Store's standard subscription behavior.
  • You manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account settings.

Tunora does not process credit or debit card payments itself. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.

Managing your subscription

You can view, change or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account:

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Tunora and choose the change you want.

Canceling your subscription

Canceling is done through the same Apple Subscriptions screen above — select Tunora and choose to cancel. After canceling, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period, per the App Store's standard behavior. Canceling stops future renewals.

Restoring purchases

If you've already subscribed — for example after reinstalling Tunora or setting up a new device — you can re-activate Pro:

  1. Open Tunora and find Restore Purchases.
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
  3. Wait a moment for entitlements to refresh.

Subscription not recognized?

If a completed purchase isn't showing as active in Tunora:

  1. Use Restore Purchases inside the app.
  2. Confirm you're using the correct Apple Account.
  3. Check your internet connection and reopen Tunora.
  4. Verify the subscription appears as active under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

See the full troubleshooting steps, and if it still isn't resolved, contact support. When you write in, you can include the approximate purchase time — but please don't send payment card numbers, codes, or passwords.

A note on billing questions: refunds and billing disputes for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's “Report a Problem” process for your Apple Account purchases.
