Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Offline Music Player: Tunora handles and how. It is written to be clear and honest about how the app works.
Last updated: 2026 · Applies to: Offline Music Player: Tunora (iOS)
Overview
Tunora is designed to work without requiring you to create an account. Much of what you do in Tunora — your imported music, playlists, favorites and listening insights — stays on your device. Some features rely on third-party services and network requests, which are described below.
Information handled
On-device data
- Imported music you add from the Files app, Apple Music picker, or Wi-Fi transfer is stored on your device.
- Playlists, favorites, recently played, and listening insights (such as listening time and most-listened tracks) are generated and kept on your device.
- App settings such as region, audio preferences and appearance are stored on your device, and can be included in the app's backup & restore feature.
Network & third-party services
To provide search, discovery and streaming, Tunora sends requests to third-party music services. These providers receive the technical information needed to fulfill requests (for example, search queries and standard connection data). Availability and behavior of these services are controlled by the providers. See Music & Content for more.
Tunora may use the following third-party components:
- Firebase (Analytics and Remote Config) may be used to understand aggregate app usage and to configure features remotely.
- RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription entitlements for Tunora Pro.
- Apple / the App Store processes subscription purchases and billing. Tunora does not receive or process your payment card details.
- Third-party music providers (which may include services such as YouTube Music and JioSaavn) deliver streaming and discovery content.
These services operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of the relevant providers.
How information is used
- To provide core functionality: playback, search, discovery, library and favorites.
- To deliver and manage the optional Tunora Pro subscription.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the app.
- To diagnose problems and respond to your support requests.
Support communications
When you email support, we receive the information you choose to include (such as your message, and any device details you share). Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or authentication codes. We use your message only to help resolve your request.
Data retention & deletion
On-device data remains until you remove it or delete the app. Removing imported songs, playlists or favorites in the app deletes that data from your device. Uninstalling Tunora removes on-device data associated with the app.
Children's privacy
Tunora is not directed to children in a way that seeks to collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support message, contact us so we can address it.
Your choices
- You can use Tunora's core features without creating an account.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
- You can control device-level permissions in iOS Settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
