Using Tunora

Tunora is an iOS music player that combines streaming discovery with a local, offline-first music library. You agree to use the app for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these terms and the terms of any third-party services the app relies on.

Your imported music

You are responsible for the music files you import into Tunora and for having the necessary rights to use them. Imported music is stored on your device.

Third-party content

Streaming and discovery content is provided by third-party services and belongs to the respective providers and rights holders. Tunora does not own this content and cannot guarantee that any specific song, artist or playlist will be available. Availability may change and may vary by region. You agree to comply with applicable laws and the terms of the underlying providers when using this content. See Music & Content for details.

Subscriptions

Tunora offers an optional subscription, Tunora Pro. Purchases are processed through the App Store and billed to your Apple Account. Pricing and duration are shown in the app before purchase. You manage, cancel or restore subscriptions through your Apple Account. See Premium & Subscriptions for how this works. Premium features may change over time.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the app to infringe others' rights or violate applicable laws.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, misuse, or interfere with the app or the services it relies on.
• Don't attempt to circumvent premium entitlements or the security of the app.

Availability & changes

Features may be added, changed or removed as the app evolves. Because the app depends on third-party services, some functionality may be interrupted or become unavailable for reasons outside our control.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app or third-party content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawking Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from third-party content and services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
